Delivery Times
UK – All orders from stock will be dispatched within 2 working days if received before 2.30pm. When goods are not in stock we will advise customers of the likely timescale – we expect most deliveries to be made within 14 working days of an order being received. Please email enquiries@fantasygaragedoors.com if you require specific delivery requirements prior to placing your order. There will be circumstances when delivery time will be longer than 14 days – where goods have to be ordered from overseas for example. We will forward shipping details prior to shipping.
Europe – Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World can be arranged by emailing us via enquiries@fantasygaragedoors.com.
If items are not available within the stipulated 14 days period, we will notify you via email. We will only take payment if you agree to the longer delivery period, unless it is clearly stated on the website how long delivery will be.

Haswells (Scotland) Ltd may make changes to the material on this Web site, or to the products and prices described on it, at any time without notice. Some of the material on this Web site may be out of date, and Haswells (Scotland) Ltd makes no commitment to update such material.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return the goods to us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. To do this you must email us at returns@fantasygaragedoors.com with your order number and reason for returning the goods. Then you must send the goods to us and email proof of postage. When we receive the goods we will arrange a refund less delivery costs and a £20 restocking charge. No refund will be provided until returned goods have been received by us. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be born by you.
Under no circumstances can we accept returns of products which have been cut to size or altered in any way at all, including having Velcro stuck on. All returns must be in their original packaging and still fit for resale.
Responsibility
Fantasy Garage Doors and Haswells (Scotland) Ltd do not take responsibility for any damage caused to people or property resulting from the use of a fantasy garage door cover or any associated product.

The copyright and intellectual property of all the designs on Fantasy Garage Door covers is owned by Haswells (Scotland) Ltd and anyone infringing that intellectual property or copyright will be pursued to the full extent of the Law.
